The SPS® VITESSA SL is engineered to meet the demands of the high-end screen printing industry. The solid top frame can be extended on four posts, thus allowing direct access to the sheet stream without obstruction - for immediate inspection “on the fly”. Short setup times and high ease of operation combine with best reproducibility.
Even for the smallest runs, top net production results can be achieved: There is just no shorter route to perfect screen printing.
The press can be combined with the standard SF feeder (as shown above) or with the advanced EP feeder in portal design, optimized for pallet operation.
The upgraded operator console with text display is part of the unique features of the SPS® serismart™ P equipment package.
In the scope of this high-end option, any machine setup, optimized during the standard operation, can be stored by simply saving the given production data, using the clear-text guide. Central production parameters - such as running speed, squeegee pressure, activated lay side, gripper margin or the selected press reaction on misfed sheets - are easily entered into the PLC program control.
Re-calling a setup on demand is simply by entering the linked program number. Upon activation, machine adjustments are automatic. And parameters can be locked against unauthorized alteration.
