As of August 1st, the business operation of SPS® ScreenPrintingSystems GmbH i.I. has been successfully transferred to SPS® TechnoScreen GmbH. The re-organized company continues with all former SPS® activities including service and supply of spare parts as well as manufacturing and distribution of the current range of cylinder presses based on the Original SPS® STOP Cylinder Principle™, dryers in various versions, and sheet stackers.
A good number of experienced employees have been taken over into the new organization, including familiar faces from service and sales. Managing Director Kirsten Brast and a highly motivated team make sure that the changeover goes without any interruption for the provision of service and parts for the existing SPS® customer base as well as the supply of printing machinery for new projects. The re-organized company is based at the SPS® offices in Wuppertal / Germany, well known from the long-term tradition of the brand. Phone, fax and eMail contacts remain unchanged or will be re-directed to the new accounts. As before, the global network of well introduced professional SPS® sales partners – agencies and dealers – ensures expert advice and technical service on site.
In the course of restructuring, the current assembly site in Seevetal near Hamburg has been closed. Production, assembly and in-house acceptance of all equipment were transferred to expanded up-to-date manufacturing facilities in central Europe. This way, the fully integrated combination of print line components can be tested and quality approved before shipment to the international SPS® clientele, contributing to immediate return-on-investment and sound product reliability.
The SPS® brand will stay at the forefront of technical developments leading to higher efficiency and improved quality in graphic and industrial screen printing applications. “Striving for Perfection” defines the direction to pursuing and achieving these objectives.
